We have been working with Co-operatives UK and the Football Supporters Association on preparing to convert OASF to a community benefit society but we need your vote to decide whether to proceed. Converting to a community benefit society will provide greater legal protection for our assets (3% shareholding in the Club) and make it easier for us to raise money to invest in the Club. Please read the attached short summary explaining what converting to a community benefit society would mean for us.
